• What are the opening hours?

Goldilocks is delighted to welcome you Monday to Friday from 11am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

• Is Boucle d'Or Pâtisserie open on Sundays?

Goldilocks needs to rest with her cubs... so the shop is not open on Sundays or Mondays.

• Does Goldilocks deliver cakes?

Goldilocks does not deliver because, unfortunately, she does not have seven-league boots!

• Where do the classes take place?

The workshops take place at the shop, at 7 Avenue du X Septembre in Luxembourg City.

• I can't find the cake of my dreams on the website. What should I do?

Don't panic! Contact Goldilocks on the website or visit the shop.

• Who are the workshops for and what is the minimum age requirement?

Goldilocks workshops are for all food lovers aged 5 to 99 and are suitable for all levels! Age limits are indicated in each workshop for guidance only.

• How many people can participate in the classes?

The maximum number of participants is limited to 6 people. For birthday workshops, the maximum number is 6 children.

• How does a class work?

You reserve your place on the website. The workshop takes place in a friendly and cheerful atmosphere. At the end of the class, Goldilocks will share her secret recipe with you and you can take your creation home with you.

• What should I bring to my class?

Goldilocks provides the ingredients and equipment. Just bring your best smile!

• What language does the class take place in?

The class can be held in French or English. Goldilocks also speaks the language of the fairies.

• How do I pay for cake orders and classes?

To be registered, each pastry order must be paid for in full on the website.

Your place in a workshop is reserved once payment has been made on the website. Goldilocks does not accept chocolate coins!

• I need to make a change to my cake order. What should I do?

Don't waste any time. Contact Goldilocks at least 5 working days before the desired collection date (via the website or by telephone).

• I need to cancel my order placed on the website. Can I get a refund?

Up to 5 days before the order collection date, Goldilocks will give you a credit note for the amount of the order. Unfortunately, no refunds will be possible less than 5 days before collection.

• Does Goldilocks offer team building workshops?

Yes, of course! Feel free to contact her via her website or drop by the shop.

• Which classes are suitable for children?

Children aged 5 and over will love getting their hands dirty during "the fantastic biscuits" class. "The enchanted cupcakes" workshop is suitable for children over 6 years old. Children over 10 years old can participate in the "Fairy tarts" class and the “Cute cream puffs” class. "The magic number or letter" class is from 12 years old.

The children's birthday class is reserved for children aged 6 and over.

Age limits have been indicated in each workshop as an indication. Some techniques require dexterity that is sometimes difficult for young children to access. However, Goldilocks adapts to special requests.

• Is it possible to see a list of allergens present in the pastries?

Of course! Depending on the recipe, cakes may contain certain allergens: egg, milk, nuts, soya and gluten. The list of allergens is indicated for each pastry on the website. Do you have a question or concern? Feel free to write to Boucle d'Or on the website or contact them by telephone. A detailed list of allergens per cake is available in store for your information.

• Does Goldilocks make gluten-free pastries?

Yes, it is possible! Feel free to send a message to Goldilocks or drop by the shop.

• Does Goldilocks do vegan workshops?

To date, Goldilocks' classes do not offer a vegan alternative to the traditional pastry recipes used... but it is a possible development. Stay connected!

• How do I cancel a booked class?

Goldilocks won't hold it against you! However, please notify her by message. Unfortunately, all workshop bookings are firm and final. There will be no refunds. However, you can suggest someone to replace you, and Boucle d'Or will be happy to welcome them!
